√ app is not downloaded from google play service
√ app doesn't have signature
√ app content malicious or unauthorized code(moded apps)

Method 1
Try to locate
Settings > Apps > All

Then scroll and look for Download Manager

Click on it

Tap on Clear Data

Then click on OK

that's all . then try to reinstall
